Charging Zen
Here are the details on when you can qualify for your bonus Zen.
Start time for US and EU: 12am Pacific Time on 2/14.
End time: 11:59pm on 2/16 respectively for each territory.
Get your 15% Zen bonus by charging your Zen through the following payment gateways:
*Charging Zen through gateways other than these will not result in a bonus

I'm ticked off that I have to only load ZEN through Gateways they recommend......PW you folks do have PW load cards as welll. Why is it that the users that load Zen with the cards gets "stiffed" when there are promotions like this. I seriously think this is something that should be addressed. I've played other games where using loading cards during events, similiar to this one, have resulted in receiving the bonus in-game cash. This blows elephant chunks!!!!!! -_- GRRRRRRR Plz do something about this. I know I'm not the only one who feels the same way regarding this.

dude i know what you mean its total bull that we cant get the promotion just cause its on the loading cards i cant put my credit card on here anyway so i cant get any extra even though im supprting the game thats not fair i totally agree with you dude

I can't tell you how pisst I am about this! I bought 30$ worth of zen minutes after roselle came out and about a hour or so after that this was put up! really come on if you where going to do a sale like this why in the hell would you do that? So everyone who bought roselle last night did not get 15% extra zen thanks PW thanks a lot.

So in anticipation of the reqium update yesterday, i bought 5000 zen. and now the day after the update, you guys release this? uhm i honestly think those who purchsed zen the day BEFORE this deserve it also. We wanted the stuff as soon as it came out. and yes, right after the update, i spent all but 120 zen. so if i would have of known this i would of waited. it honestly isnt fair.

Dearest Summ, Is there anyway you can convince the Billing Team to solve my Ticket inquiry before these 3 days are up? I can't charge zen until all my billing profiles are deleted, I'm gunna be a mad hippopatamus if I can't purchase my zen and get the bonus because of this within the next 3 days :(

Screw buying Zen, I bought my Roselle for 2 Mil GOLD ! Now I just need to grind a bit more to fund her, whatever though. I'd rather spend my "zen" on some new running shoes.
