4/24 Server Maintenance

As many users have seen we have been experiencing some server issues on West over the past few days. We will be conducting server maintenance on West as well as East and EU this morning. Please keep an eye on in-game chat as we will provide a 20 minute warning letting you know when to wrap up any dungeon run or PVP match.
Starting at 11:30am PST 4/24 (2:30pm Eastern / 6:30pm GMT +0:00) we'll be conducting regular server maintenance for approximately 60 minutes on all servers (West, East and EU).
Please be patient as the length of time required for maintenance is always subject to change. We will update this post if we anticipate any changes in our scheduled maintenance duration.

ok i know something is up now i submitted a ticket for the missing items and money and you guys ahvent responded to anything ive said. not only is the corresponding email gone from the day i sent it but also it doesnt even show up in my tickets that i sent the issue out. WTH is going on?

My question is: will return all we have lost ? example: 1) Items 2) Gold 3) LVL 4) Equip 5) Quest ( completed ) Pliss authorized someone can answer that question? as I mentioned before I lost everything lost lvl 22,item equip,quest and gold.now my PJ return lvl 1 almost as if it had been created recently =(. will return all lost?

I laugh at this why? when I saw maintenance I thought argh WHY? Then I saw 2:30 PM Eastern and thought YEAH! as it is 3:30PM right now

started playing a few days ago got my character to lvl 9 or 10 i cant remember now but my character is gone wont be playing the game till i get it back

guys if you had a roll back and your zens gone make sure you take a screen shot to prove that you got zens and to prove that you bought it frist then send them a ticket with all the prove they will sort it out

If we can't progress through the game then we might as well dust off our ataris and play some good ol' pointless 8 bit. I will be neglecting this game until the rollback issue is properly dealt with.

maintenance ended and yet I remain lvl 1 lost lvl 22 item gold equip lost all it really discouraged me lose everything in a single day and I take time to get everything I have =(.
