Take a look at what we've added to the game and fixed in the latest patch to Rusty Hearts.

Event:

• All the holiday events have been removed and the snow in Bramunez has melted away.

Cash Shop:

• New Costumes: A variety of brand new costumes have been added to the Cash Shop.
• Removed cash shop items: Inuit and Halloween costumes, as well as the Meilin and Roselle creation items have been removed.

UI:

• Account Storage: Located in My Room, a new tab within the Personal Storage box where players can put items that they can access using any character on that account.

New Gear:

• Ice and Glacial PvP Gear: Players can purchase new weapons with PvP points from Joheim and new armor with Arena points from Gorgon.

New Items in Henry's Miscellaneous Store:

• Gem Extractor: Used on items that have gems in them. Destroys the item and does one of the following
  • Extract the gem perfectly.
  • Extract it but changes it's stats.
  • Not Extract it at all.
• Party Revival Scroll: Can be used to revive a dead player in your party.
• Single Entrance Ticket to Toy Tower: Key to a new Training Hall dungeon. This item is currently available in the store but the Toy Tower training hall will not be accessible in this patch. Please refrain from purchasing this item from Henry.
  

New Clovis Requirements:

• Clovis of Altar: Required for the Altar raid. Drops from Blood Mode Quarantined Labs, Debtor's Prison, and Arboretum.
• Clovis of the Valley: Required for the Dead Man's Valley raid. Drops from Blood Mode The Hole, Top Secret Facility, Opera House, and Gallery.
• Castle of Mist's: Required for an unreleased 3rd raid dungeon. Drops from Blood Mode Ramparts, Catwalks, Aquarium, and Altar Entrance. This item is currently available but will have no use until the 3rd raid dungeon becomes available in a later patch.

Bug Fixes:

• Various localization updates and changes.

Known Issue:

• If you attempt to enter Dead Man’s Valley while someone in your party doesn’t have the required clovis (Clovis of the Valley), a waiting message box will appear and everyone in the expedition will be unable to do anything but move their character.  To fix this, the expedition leader has to walk out of the building with the portal to DMV, and then go back in. (This is an issue that will be addressed in a later patch.)
  

All three servers will undergo server maintenance at 5pm PDT/ 8pm Eastern September 12. This maintenance should last approximately 60 minutes and you may be kicked off the servers or unable to connect during this downtime. 

Please be patient as the length of time required for maintenance is always subject to change. We will update this post if we anticipate any changes in our scheduled maintenance duration. Keep an eye on the in-game chat window as we will make an official announcement before we restart the servers.

Update: Despite the maintenance we are still working on resolving the current guild issue. We have resolved some of the graphical issues that plagued the last patch. 

All three servers will undergo server maintenance at 5pm PDT/ 8pm Eastern August 16  (12am GMT +0  August 17). The length of time for this maintenance is set at approximately 60 minutes, however it's possible maintenance may be completed sooner. During this time you may be disconnected and/or unable to log in to the servers. 

Update: Maintenance should take approximately 30 additional minutes. Servers should be online at approximately 6:45pm PDT.

All three servers will undergo server maintenance at 5pm PDT/ 8pm Eastern August 13  (12am GMT +0  August 14). The length of time for this maintenance is set at approximately 75 minutes, however it's possible maintenance may be completed sooner. During this time you may be disconnected and/or unable to log in to the servers. 

We will be deploying a patch that will address a few localization issues as well as the disappearing Guild issue. Currently, this patch allows players to see Guild information; however there are some issues currently being worked on.

Guilds may encounter issues with changes not displaying immediately upon action. Here are some of the delays and solutions you may encounter:

- Updated Guild Announcement does not display

When you log out and back in, it will refresh

- Players still appear in a guild when they are removed 

When they log out and back in they will be appear as removed

- Disbanding a guild prevents you from creating a new guild  

We’re currently working on a fix for this, but in the mean time you can contact our support team for help.

- When items are inserted or removed from the guild warehouse, they don’t display 

The items are inserted/removed, however you may need to close the warehouse and reopen it to reflect the changes

- Guilds don’t gain EXP  

This is an active bug we are currently working on

As you can see, many of the current guild issues involve displaying on-the-fly information. Closing your current action/window and reopening it will reflect these changes.
